I heard you went to church today, Hendersonville. Heard that your pastors said to pray. I sure hope to the almighty God who we live and die for, that we ACT upon those prayers! Act on it. Just speak.
Do you know for how long white people have terrorized entire groups of people? Terrorizing them and murdering them and killing their families. The answer is: ALL of history. What makes you think that can’t happen again?
Trump is the wicked one in your bible. Huckabee televises his agenda right into your living rooms right down the street. And we believe it! We elected the antiChrist!
You have said, “God elects our leaders.” I SAW you say that. I heard it from your lips. God allowed this to happen because we have left him for nice khaki shorts and a golf club membership. We are not showing our children the type of empathy and compassion this world needs. But we sign them up for soccer and we put them into Catholic High Schools. We run in our social clubs and we praise His name. We have a responsibility in this God-loving town. Goodness and faith and stories run deep. Everyone knows someone, so we are sometimes afraid to speak. We are courageous with GOD and for GOD! He commanded us to be.
You know what? If Jesus elected this leader and allowed it to happen instead of saving us from it, you better hope to GOD that He is still with us and you better pray NOW if you’re not going to do anything else.
But speak. God, please let them speak. White Christian America, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Speak now or forever NOT hold your peace. None of us will be able to.
Trump is a terrorist.
If you still profess a worship of country (NOT the same as patriotic but quite the opposite), you are following the wolf and listening to the serpent. Don’t you dare! We are stronger in our faith than that. I profess my faith in an almighty Jesus who I know is weeping because of the Christian majority.
We can’t vote for the rapture. That’s NOT how it works. We don’t set up a strategy to end the world to be hand in hand with Jesus; we PROFESS our TRUE faith now, and we do it in accordance with the scriptures!
If your pastor didn’t say this today, he probably should have.
“Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my king, and my God: for unto thee I will pray. My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hates all workers of iniquity.”
A Psalm of David
